About the name change, my dear i changed to the independent monkeys to reflect both blogs (flying monkeys + pseudo-independent)...makes more sense to me.

@ cm - He may not look like it, but he's a huge meat eater. Part of the reason he's still with me is because my mum owns a meat factory! Lol ;)
Ooh and Mimi, yes I may be a foodie, but I'm not exactly oozing in culinary talent, if you know what I mean. So I'll probably be needing lots of tips and encouragement when I come back here swearing and threatening to give up. Lol!
